About Me

Excellence in service isn’t something I learned — it’s something I was raised with.

I am the daughter of Korean immigrant entrepreneurs who came to this country with little more than faith, grit, and an unbreakable work ethic. Some of my earliest memories are of standing on milk crates behind the counter of our family restaurant, learning that service wasn’t just about food — it was about dignity, responsibility, and caring for people.

My parents built their business from nothing. There were no shortcuts, no safety nets — only long hours, sacrifice, and relentless determination. They worked through rain, snow, ice storms, and tornado sirens. Responsibility did not pause for weather, exhaustion, or fear.

They were workaholics in the truest sense — not driven by greed, but by devotion. I grew up hearing, “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” What I came to understand was far more profound: opportunity is earned, stability is built, and consistent hard work — done with integrity — always pays off.

Their sacrifice shaped me in ways no classroom ever could. Their hands built more than a business; they built resilience into my character, discipline into my habits, and humility into my leadership. Family is not just important to me — it is my foundation. Their example inspired me to pursue not only achievement, but character, endurance, and heart.

At one point in my life, I knew I needed to step beyond everything familiar.

I made the decision to move from Missouri to Georgia — not because it was easy, but because I needed to grow. I wanted to build something of my own. That leap required courage, independence, and faith — values my parents modeled for me every day. Georgia is where I transformed from working in the family business to building my own path. It is where passion became profession, and where I stand today because I was willing to step into the unknown.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2003, developing a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and client experience. In 2009, I followed my passion for natural skincare, graduating from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics and becoming a licensed esthetician in Georgia. What began as curiosity evolved into a calling.

For more than 15 years, I have built a career at the intersection of clinical aesthetics, executive-level operations, and professional education. I specialize in creating structure where there is chaos, strengthening systems that support sustainable growth, and elevating the client journey from transactional to transformational. My focus includes offering high-quality rose geranium products and other skincare products that enhance the client experience.

My expertise includes advanced clinical treatments, client retention strategy, regulatory compliance, standard operating procedure development, professional training coordination, and executive operational oversight.

My approach is both strategic and deeply personal. I understand the science behind skincare, including the benefits of natural ingredients. I understand the precision required to operate a business successfully. And I believe true excellence lives in the details — in how people are treated, how systems are built, and how promises are kept.

Fluent in English and Korean, I am a licensed esthetician, MediClinical Aesthetic Certified Professional, and Notary Public in the state of Georgia. Above all, I am a mother of three daughters. They remind me daily that legacy is not what we say — it is what we model.
